What is the booking procedure on your tour?
All you need to do, is fill up our booking form and pay a non - refundable and interest free deposit of Rs.10,000 incase of direct joining passengers. Please do go through our brochure in detail to understand all the terms and conditions as well as the booking procedure .

What is the deposit amount to be paid at the time of booking your Tour?
You will have to pay an interest free, non-refundable deposit amount of Rs.10000 per person /-(adult / child) for booking any of our tours.

How early / late can I book on your tour?
Normally it is advisable that you book your trip 60 days in advance for the smooth procedure of the ticketing,hotel booking etc.Else minimum period differs from destination to destination.

What is your procedure for full payment?
As per our company's policy you are required to pay the balance payment of the tour prior to 60days of departure.

What is the visa procedure ?
The visa requirements vary from consulate to consulate, You can check with us for specific details and requirements . We do assist nd process visas for most destinations on your behalf .

How Do I book the tour ?
You may book the tour by paying Rs. 10,000/- Non Refundable Deposit per person

When do I have to make balance payment ?
You need to pay balance amount 60 days prior to the departure

How do I pay ?
You may pay by cash ,Chq/Draft in favour of Gemini Tours and Travels, Payable at Mumbai. Or you may remit the amount in our bank account

What are the details you need at the time of booking ?
We need exact name as mentioned in your passport Date of Birth of the people who are travelling Your proper address and contact details Room requirement Meal Request

What are the documents are required for Visa ?
List of the documents vary from different consulate Basic Requirements are - 1. Passport must be valid for 6 months from the date of travelling 2. I.T.Chllans (last 3 years) 3. Bank Statement ( last 6 months) 4. Study Proof ( If Children/Studend are travelling with You)
Our sales person will assist you to get the excact list of the documents Require for the tour you have booked.

Are visas guarantee if we join your tour ?
We can not give any guarantee for any visas. We submit the visa application on behalf of You. Consulate may ask for personal interview Or may reject your visa

What happens if I cancel the tour after paying depsoit ?
Rs. 10,000/- is non refundable deposit but if cancellation is due to genuine case you can adjust this deposit Within one year from the date of recipt against any international tour

What happens if I can not utilise this deposit within one year ?
You must utilised the deposit within one year, After one year the depsoit amount is forfited

What happens if I cancel the tour after paying full amount ?
The cancellationcharges are as follows 60 to 45 Days : 10% of the Tour Cost
45 to 30 Days : 25% of the Tour Cost
30 to 15 Day : 50% of the Tour Cost
15 Day to 07 Days : 75% of the Tour Cost
07 Days or less : 100%
After deducting cancellationcharges balance amount will be refunded to you or can be adjusted.

How much time it take for the refund ?
Refund will be given in 21 days

We are three adult - how we will be accommodate ?
You will get one room with three beds ( One double bed plus one extra bed/Coat/Matress )

We are two adult + One child below 12 year - will we get third bed) ?
We have given two pricing for the child below 12 years
1. One with bed
2. One without bed
You may choose as per your requirement and make payment accordingly

We are two adult + two children below 12 years how we will be Accommodated ?
If you are booking both the child without bed then you will get only one double bed room and all four of you have to be accommodated
In this case we strongly recommend to book one child with bed.

We have Infant travelling with us - will we get all the facility ?
We strongly suggest not to travel with infant

What size can my suitcase be?
Due to limited coach capacity, your bag should have dimensions not exceeding 30"x21"x11" (62" linear dimensions) or weight exceeding 50 lbs. Carry-on bags should not exceed the dimensions of 12"x11"x6". Please note that air carriers, cruise lines and other forms of transportation may have other restrictions and requirements including weight, and we recommend that you contact the suppliers directly for additional information. We regret we are unable to accept a second suitcase or any luggage exceeding these limits.

What is the difference between a twin-bedded room and a double room?
A double room is a room designed to accommodate two people, though not necessarily with two separate beds. A twin-bedded room has two separate beds of any size; this is what we usually reserve for our travelers.

What size is a triple room?
A triple room is the same size as a twin-bedded room. It will have beds to accommodate three people; however, we cannot guarantee that there will be three separate beds. If there are only two beds, a rollaway may be requested but also cannot be guaranteed.

When will I receive my travel documents?
Travel documents, and other information, are sent approximately two to three weeks prior to departure provided full payment has been received.

Do we offer a Travel Protection/Insurance plan for purchase or is a plan included in the vacation price?
We do not offer Travel Protection/Insurance to travelers . Travel Protection/Insurance is not included in the vacation price and but may be arranged additionally by us. We recommend that a Travel Protection/Insurance policy be purchased for the duration of your vacation.

What airline can I fly? Is the arrival and departure transfer arranged for all vacations?
Flights may be arranged by us or the travellers themselves and may be done on any airline of choice. You may purchase airport transfers provided the arrival and departure timings of your flights are with.

When can I purchase optional excursions?
Your Tour Director/Local Host will go through the optional excursions for purchase while you are on vacation. You may choose and purchase any optional excursions at that time. A list of optional excursions will be included in your documents for review prior to departure.

Why is it important that I give my name as it appears on my passport?
Due to increased travel security around the world, it is now more important than ever that your bookings with airlines, hotels, cruise liners etc. match your first and last name exactly as it reads on your passport. Additionally any changes to your air and cruise bookings, which include spelling, may be subject to a change fee, penalties or cancellation. We also recommend a minimum of three blank pages in your passport for stamps while traveling.
